By downloading, installing, or using Moon Chat AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Coffee Guap ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Moon Chat AI is an entertainment application that provides AI-generated astrological readings, horoscopes, and related content based on your birth chart information. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

The astrological content provided by Moon Chat AI is for entertainment purposes only. The readings, predictions, and insights generated by our AI are not intended to be, and should not be taken as, factual statements about your future, relationships, health, finances, or any other aspect of your life. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content from this App. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive value of astrological readings.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on your selected plan). Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. You can cancel at any time through your device's app store settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store according to their refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Coffee Guap and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

8. User Content

Any content you provide to the App (such as birth chart information or chat messages) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this information solely to provide and improve our services. We will not sell your personal content to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffee Guap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
